VeynCorp provides a suite of free, browser-based digital tools and developer utilities including but not limited to: SQL query editors, Python compilers, JSON formatters, image converters, PDF tools, OCR text extractors, hash generators, QR code generators, calculators, text tools, and productivity utilities. All tools operate client-side within your browser. No input data (code, documents, images, files) is transmitted to or stored on VeynCorp servers unless explicitly stated otherwise. The Service is provided free of charge for personal, educational, and professional use.
3. User Accounts
Certain features of the Service (such as saving preferences or submitting tool requests) may require you to create an account using Google OAuth or email/password authentication. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at sujit@veyncorp.com We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our sole discretion.
4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from VeynCorp. Your Content: Any code, SQL schemas, images, text, data, or files that you process using our tools remain strictly your own intellectual property. VeynCorp claims no ownership, license, or rights over any input you run through our browser-based utilities.

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VEYNCORP, ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY: • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data • Damages arising from browser crashes, system interruptions, or tool inaccuracies • Any other damages or losses, even if VeynCorp has been advised of the possibility of such damages In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating all such claims. For users in the European Union: Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
13. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at sujit@veyncorp.com with a written description of the dispute and your desired resolution. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. If we are unable to reach an informal resolution within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies as described in Section 12 (Governing Law).
